Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be warmly welcomed at the Immigration and Passport Control area by our representative, who will assist with the visa process at your own cost and guide you through customs and immigration formalities.

Afterward, continue to the baggage claim area and then to the passenger pick-up point, where you will meet your driver for a private transfer to your accommodation in Cairo. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing after your journey and preparing for the experiences ahead.

Optional Abu Simbel Tour from Aswan

Early in the morning at 4:00 AM, depart from Aswan for an optional road trip to Abu Simbel, one of Egypt’s most extraordinary archaeological sites. After a drive of about three hours, arrive at the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel, masterpieces of ancient Egyptian art and architecture that reflect the power and grandeur of the New Kingdom.

Enjoy approximately one and a half hours to explore the temples and admire their remarkable scale, history, and intricate carvings before returning to Aswan to rejoin your Nile cruise.

The rest of the day is free for you to relax on board and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Nile.

Esna Temple, Nile Cruise to Luxor and Luxor Temple Visit

Sail toward Esna and visit the historic Temple of Esna, one of Upper Egypt’s remarkable ancient sites known for its impressive columns and detailed carvings. Continue your Nile cruise to Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum.

Later, visit the magnificent Luxor Temple, a landmark that reflects the long and layered history of Egypt. Originally built during the 18th Dynasty, the temple was expanded over the centuries by famous pharaohs including Tutankhamun, Hatshepsut, Ramses II, and Amenhotep III. The site also bears evidence of later periods of Egyptian history, including a mosque built within the temple complex, making it a powerful symbol of Egypt’s continuous civilization.

After your visit, return to the cruise for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay on board.

Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple and Return to Cairo

After breakfast, disembark from your Nile cruise and begin your tour of Luxor’s most famous ancient landmarks. Start with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, one of the world’s most important archaeological sites, where the tombs of Egypt’s pharaohs and powerful nobles were carved into the desert hills over nearly 500 years. The valley is especially renowned for the discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun.

Continue on the West Bank to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most striking architectural masterpieces, and then stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the two massive stone statues that have stood for centuries overlooking the Theban plain.

Later, cross the Nile to visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, the largest ancient religious complex ever built. Covering about two square kilometers, Karnak is one of Egypt’s most impressive temple sites and a true highlight of Luxor.

After the tour, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in and your final night in Egypt.
