Your Safari Itinerary.

Day 1
Arusha
Arrival and transfers to Sanna Boutique Hotel.

Welcome to your safari! This is when all your planning and dreaming becomes a reality and your journey with Safari N Smiles begins. You will be picked up at the airport by a trained guide- he's the one holding a sign with your names on it- and feel free to ask any questions during a briefing on the trip ahead. Karibu sana Tanzania! (You are most welcome) Spend some time in Arusha, both the gateway city for most safaris in northern Tanzania and a fascinating place to explore. A buzzing urban center with beautiful mountainous views, you can enjoy good restaurants, get any last minute safari needs and pass through streets filled with energy. It’s a snapshot of vibrant Tanzanian city life everything you look for in an urban pit stop. When you stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel, you're in a good position to enjoy this leg of your trip.

Day 2
TARANGIRE Park
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
lions at Northern Tanzania
After breakfast and check we will then proceed to Tarangire National Park.
Tarangire is famous for its diverse landscape with nine different vegetation zone. It is also known for its abundance of Ancient Baobab trees (the largest trees on the continent) that fill the landscape and dwarf the animals next to them. The river in the park is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes and, of course, elephants. In fact, the park has the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country and offers the unique opportunity to observe interactions between elephant families. The lunch area is fascinating and boasts an observatory with amazing views of the river and wildlife (there is a good chance of seeing a hunt while having your picnic). In the afternoon we will go on another game drive before making your way to the camp.
Accommodation: Tarangire Simba Lodge
Day 3
Serengeti Park
TARANGIRE TO SERENGETI
After an early breakfast, you will make your way towards the most famous national park in the world: the Serengeti. The drive itself, although long, is spectacular. Seeing the Serengeti for the first time is unforgettable. As you progress into the Serengeti, you will see why the name means, in local language, "endless plains". The park is made up of 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) and, for most of it, the plains will stretch to the horizon and defy your senses and perception of distance. It is the home of the Great Migration, two million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and all kinds of antelopes. As for big cats and other large predators, it's the place of choice to look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. Many famous television scenes have been filmed in this park.
Dinner and overnight at Acacia Central Camps
Day 4
Serengeti
FULL DAY GAME DRIVE/ balloon flight
hot air balloon
*Optional Balloon Safari very early in the Morning*
One of the best safari experiences in Africa has to be a balloon safari.  It is without a doubt a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Drifting above the plains, forests, and rivers of the Masai Mara as you take in the amazing sunrise and animals below feels like a dream come true. This will be followed by a bush breakfast and Champagne.
For those that opt out of the balloon safari, you have a choice of going for a morning game drive or sleep in and wake up just in time for breakfast.
After breakfast you can do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation, and then finish with an afternoon game drive. Alternatively, you could do a full day game drive with a picnic lunch.
Dinner and overnight at the Acacia Central Camps
Day 5
NGORONGORO
EXPLORE NGORONGORO CRATER.
nakuru national park
Check out of the camp and have a final game drive on our way out. Head to Ngorongoro,  the eighth natural wonder of the world. The crater covers 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls. It is a modern-day Noah’s ark, with almost every wildlife species indigenous to East Africa calling the crater home. It's one of the very rare locations on the whole continent where you can see the black rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants, which are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a wonder to behold!
Accommodation: Kudu Lodge and CampSite
Day 6

Upon exiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area we will make our way to our hotel in time for lunch and a relaxed afternoon
